For U12 & U14 we would like each team/club to attend with one parent/coach.
The hotels have a maximum capacity which means that we need to prioritise space for athletes first. Depending on how many seats are available after the last registration date we might open up registration for more adults as well.
Menu:
BBQ Buffet with meat, sausages, grilled corn, oven-roasted potatoes, bell peppers, assorted sauces, bread and salad. Vegetarian and allergy-free options (gluten, etc.) are of course available. Please provide information about this in the registration form.
Price:
U12 – 95 SEK
U14/U16/Adults – 179 SEK
Registration & Payment:
Registration no later than Wednesday 15 April. Contact the respective hotel for last minute bookings, subject to availability.
Registrations can be canceled/updated via the google form up until the last registration date. After this registration is binding and non-refundable i.e if you do not attend the dinner you will still have to pay.
We encourage all guests to pay at the reception of the Hotels before the evening of the dinner so that the process of ticking guests of the list and allowing them into the dinner can go as quickly as possible.
